This service is designed to provide managers and executives with
one-on-one coaching and support.
Aimed at specific skill development and professional or personal growth,
the approach is based on national and international trends which recognise
that a group approach to professional development for managers and
executives is not always appropriate or effective given the complexity of
today's organisational climate.
Process
Following an initial meeting, an individual development program is devised
to assist the individual to achieve jointly agreed developmental objectives.
All programs incorporate adult learning principles, use one-on-one
discussion and activities as a key learning methodology and take into account
individual learning styles. Where appropriate the program may include
simulations utilising one of our professional acting team and video replay to
highlight issues discussed and/or provide an opportunity for skills practice.
Each program format varies depending on the individual's requirements.
Ideally the programs are conducted at Aragon's seminar rooms, to minimise
distractions. However, sessions can also be conducted on the individual's work
premises. Contact times are flexible, for example after hours or on weekends,
and are arranged to suit each individual.
